Dr. Bárbara Macías Hernández

Dr Bárbara Macías Hernández holds a PhD in Environmental Sciences from the University of Birmingham (UK). Her doctoral research studied the influence of indoor microenvironments and personal activities on the inhalation dose and personal exposure to PM2.5, PAH, oxy-PAH, VOC and BC air pollutants. She is currently a lecturer at Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas (Mexico) where her work focus on the use of low cost sensor to monitoring air quality. She is also a member of the International Scientific Committee of Environmental and Ecological Engineering.
