Dr.\u00a0Estefania\u00a0Aparicio Llopis<\/strong>\u00a0has a PhD in Biomedicine and a Master in Nutrition and Metabolism. She has a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the Rovira i Virgili University. Her doctoral research focused on the study of the effect of mental health and genetics factors on nutritional status and dietary intake in children and adolescent population. During last years, she has researched about lifestyle factors and health status of pregnant women and their effect on offspring.\u00a0\u00a0She worked as a support researcher in the Institute for Primary Health Care Research Jordi Gol i Gurina (IDIAPJGol) and she worked as a post-doctoral researcher in Rovira I Virgili University and Pere Virgili Health Research Institute (IISPV). She participated in the UJI Long COVID project by designing the intervention protocols, following up the participants during the dietary intervention, and evaluating its effectiveness.
